Q: Please explain your answer here.
A: A leader must have a goal, should have a plan to achieve that goal, be able to organize resources to achieve that plan, have the ability to lead human resources to achieve the plan, and control the process. A leader that prioritizes and develops pertinent, prioritized and achievable goals, based upon business, societal needs and etc. will develop a reputation as a credible person with integrity and good character. Say what you mean and do what you say.

    Traits of a Leader

Whether a candidate is running for City Council, Mayor, State Legislature, Governor, Congress or President there are some traits or qualifications we look for as a society.  As Whigs, what are the traits that you look for in a candidate for any of these offices?

Hi. Please provide me with the Whig party’s stance on the environment … the importance of our remnant landscapes for not only being critical to vast ecosystems and the wildlife that depend upon them, but also as a component of our national character and forebearers (Teddy Roosevelt’s) foresight regarding the protection and conservation of a large body of public lands … national forests, national parks, wildlife refuges, etc. Do you believe in the privatization of some public lands?
